The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They contacted me in advance to discuss my accessibility needs. The room had great facilities and felt very comfortable (I was able to relax immediately!). The location was central, and I received clear instructions for the self-service check-in. The breakfast was freshly cooked, and the chef kindly accommodated my early schedule at 7am instead of 8am.
The stairs were slightly narrow, making it a bit awkward to carry luggage.

the location is great allowing easy access to the city center. instructions for parking were helpful i found free parking nearby. breakfast was freshly cooked and they accommodated my early schedule at 7am instead of 8am a detail i very much appreciated.
the stairs were quite steep and narrow a possible inconvenience with mobility issues or heavy luggage i noticed.
